The shipping time consists of two sections -
We use a high security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and LuxeTowel™. This extends our processing time to 3-5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.
Following this, your package will arrive between 2-8 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

Express Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-7 business days for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 5-12 business days for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
LuxeTowel™ ships from the United States and works very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to source and curate a unique towel at the best prices for you.
ORDER & TRACKING
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 2-5 business days. When this is completed, your will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
All orders are processed including QA process, testing and packing within 5-10 business days of the order being placed.
We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.
What is the return policy?
If for any reason you don't like your product, please email us with the subject line “Return” and we will process the return.
We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
